We collaborate closely with our preferred accreditor Lloyd’s Register who will be conducting the accreditation services.
Roadmap to get Certified
1. Pre-Assesment
In this step we’ll go over a pre-assessment checklist to find out where your challenges are. We’ll then facilitate a discussion between you and Lloyd’s Register so that you understand the entire certification process and to establish your ISO19650 project team. This step is entirely free
2. Gap Analysis & training
We begin by setting up your ISO19650 workspace on Plannerly. During the certification period you will be given 5 free Plannerly user licenses for 1 year. At the same time, engage Lloyd’s Register to get your ISO19650 gap analysis report and to train your core ISO19650 team.
3. Close gaps & implementation of solutions
With the gap analysis report, we’ll assist you to choose technology solutions (if required) to bridge any gaps. Create documentation like BEP, OIR, EIR, training plans, risk registers and manage your ISO19650 certification on a single platform which has been provided for, Plannerly.
4. Final Assessment & Yearly Surveillance
Once the gaps are closed, Lloyd’s Register will certify you with the ISO19650 accreditation. You then maintain your certification with yearly surveillance conducted by Lloyd’s Register.
